We are delighted to announce that we have been selected as the manufacturer of street nameplates of 7,000,000 pieces for the Republic of Ghana. This project is exceptionally challenging, as it requires delivery within an eight-month timeframe according to local requirements. Each nameplate must feature a unique QR code, address number, and house number, involving data from over 40,000 location names. What makes the task even more demanding is that all contents must have an embossed effect, meaning that for every different plate, most of the molds need to be replaced. This process is not only time-consuming but also tests the patience of our team — if a single number is incorrect, the entire plate becomes unusable.

Upon receiving the 7 million data entries, we immediately carried out rational planning and arrangements. Our production capacity increased dramatically from 500 units per day to 30,000 units per day. Ultimately, we successfully met the client's requirements in both quality and delivery schedule!
